Extra Lettering Pricing For New Memorials
With the exception of vases and statues all of our memorial prices in our brochure and shown on our website include 90 standard size inscription characters.
Usually the grave number must also be engraved on the memorial.
The prices for extra letters are as follows (VAT has been included):
Lettering on Granite
- Cut & Gild - £2.15 per letter - using 23.5 carat gold leaf
- Cut & Silver/Black/White/Other - £2.05 per letter - using enamel
- Maintenance Free - £2.05 per letter - flush to surface (wipe clean, no dust collection)
- Cut-only (deeper cut) - £1.50 per letter - no gold leaf or coloured enamel but still visible when wet
Lettering on White Marble, Nabresina, Limestone and Dove Grey Marble
- Cut & Gild - £2.15 per letter - using 23.5 carat gold leaf
- Cut & Silver/Black/White/Other - £2.05 per letter - using enamel
- Cut & Lead (flush) - £2.50 per letter (if lead chosen add £31.50 to the memorial's basic price)
- Cut-only (deeper cut) - £1.50 per letter - no gold leaf or coloured enamel
All gold used is 23.5ct gold. We do not count full-stops or commas.
Hand cut letters and raised lead letters are also available - at an extra cost.
Other Lettering
Arabic lettering per line £95.00.
Chinese lettering – charged per character (please submit the script for pricing)
Additional inscriptions – details required to provide quotes for onsite and in-house options
Extras On Fittings
To fix with a NAMM saftey anchor bolt system - where required by cemeteries £59.00.
To fix a fullsize kerb set memorial with a concrete chip bed and chippings: from £195.00 (dependent on the choice of colour and whether beads or pebbles are required instead). Price list available.
Colours of chippings/beads available are as follows: Green, turquoise, cobalt blue, black, grey, white,lilac, purple, pink, yellow, orange, red and gold. Other colours may be available on request.
